Cancellation Policy

Eligibility This 15‑minute Q&A session is available exclusively to active Malligraphy Monthly Members. Please make sure you are logged in to your member account before booking. Booking All bookings are automatically shown in your local time zone. You may join the session from two devices if you wish to show both your face and your writing workspace. Attendance Please join the Google Meet session on time. If you do not join within 5 minutes, the session will be automatically cancelled and marked as unattended. Cancellation This service is included in your membership and does not require payment. No cancellation policy is required. Meeting Format Sessions are held online via Google Meet. Please prepare your tools and ensure a stable internet connection before the session. Conduct Recording or sharing the session content is not permitted. This session is for personal learning and guidance only. Refunds This service is part of your monthly membership. No refunds or partial refunds are provided for unused sessions.
